1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition of Items: To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. The product must not show signs of wear, use, or damage.
- Non-returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized products (e.g., engraved or custom items)
- Opened or used items (e.g., stuffed animals, puzzles, or any item that has been used)
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless specified otherwise)
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support:
- Email us at info@somamavel.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Please include the RA Number on the return packaging to help us process your return efficiently.
Packaging: Return items should be securely packaged in their original packaging (if available) to prevent damage during the return process.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility requirements. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your return is not eligible for a refund (e.g., item is damaged, used, or outside the return window), we will notify you and may offer a partial refund, exchange, or store credit.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges, but our customer service team will be happy to assist you through the return process.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong product, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@somamavel.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
6. Late Returns
We are happy to process returns within the 30-day return window. Returns made after this period are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
7. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us with the order number (provided by the gift giver) and the item you wish to return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, or you may request store credit for the amount of the return.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Fees: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
- Non-refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping charges incurred on the original order are non-refundable, except where required by law (for example, if the item is defective).
9. Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the value of the returned item. Store credit can be used for any future purchase at Somamavel. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, Somamavel is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products. All products should be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and supervision is recommended for toys and products intended for children.
11. Changes to the Return and Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Please review this policy periodically for any updates.
